Shipping & Return Policy

Taxation Responsibility: Business ABE will automatically apply the appropriate GST (Goods and Services Tax) to all orders, ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations.

Shipping of Hazardous Materials to Rural Locations: For safety reasons, Business ABE restricts the delivery of dangerous goods to rural addresses, except when these addresses are official business premises. Residential addresses are not suitable for such deliveries.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

For business customers using goods for commercial purposes, Business ABE’s terms precede certain provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, as permitted by law.

Customers who resell goods to end consumers for household use must comply with the Act’s consumer guarantee provisions, provided they inform Business ABE of any defects or damages.

Claims for Defective Goods or Services, Discrepancies and Shortages 

Claims Regarding Defective Goods or Services, Discrepancies, and Shortages: Customers must notify Business ABE of any issues with goods or services within fourteen days of discovery. Business ABE reserves the right to repair or replace defective items. Any shortages or discrepancies in deliveries must also be reported within fourteen days of receipt.

Exclusions for Claims Consideration: Business ABE’s liability for claims is limited to specific manufacturing defects in goods. Claims will not be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete or delayed payment for goods as per agreed terms.
  • Damage or defects caused by improper use contrary to provided instructions.
  • Issues arising from attempts to modify or combine goods with other products.
  • Deterioration due to environmental conditions at the customer’s location.

Claims Relating to Incorrectly Ordered Goods: Business ABE may consider claims for goods mistakenly ordered by customers, except for custom-made items. Refunds will be subject to a 15% administrative charge, plus freight costs. Claims regarding incorrectly ordered goods must be submitted within seven days of delivery, and the goods must remain in their original condition.
